Kerrin Smith

Positive Leadership and Wellbeing Science Consultant

I’ve spent over a decade exploring what truly motivates people to find purpose and flourish. My journey began as a teacher, curious about how to bring out the best in my students and colleagues. I soon saw the powerful link between strong leadership, supportive teams, and meaningful outcomes for learners.

That curiosity led me to further study and a career in consulting, where I now design and deliver workshops across Australia, helping leaders grow both personally and professionally.
